: 2.2.1 It shall be the duty of the Technical Committee to advise the Department of Archeology by determining the style and standards of the house, building or other construction work to be built on the private land within the protected monument area. 2.2.2 If the technical committee wishes, it may form sub-committees for any specific work mentioned in sub-rule 2.2.1 and such sub-committee shall have members as specified by the technical committee. 2.2.3 The sub-committee formed according to sub-rule 2.2.2 will work using the authority assigned by the technical committee.
